Getting Started
You don’t need to practice yoga or even know anything about yoga to get started with your baby. From birth your baby will enjoy the stimulation of movement and touch.

Some Baby Yoga moves to try at home
Good Morning Stretch: Lay your baby on her back. Help her to put her arms over her head and her legs straight out in front of her. Hold her arms and legs like this for a breath or two and then let her arms and legs go. Now allow her to move naturally.
Wind-Relieving Pose: Lay your baby on his back. Gently press on the bottoms of his feet and gently move his knees toward his chest. Hold the squeezed-in pose for a few breaths, then let his legs go.
Knee-to-Chest Pose: Lay your baby on his back and gently press one knee in toward his chest. Hold for just a breath or two, let go and then do it again with the other leg.
